Commission and Financial Data: We process carrier commission statements, payout records, split configurations, and related financial data that you upload or that is generated through your use of the Service.
Client Records: The Service processes enrollment data and client records provided by your agency for the purposes of commission reconciliation, tracking, and reporting.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including log data, device information, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.

Within Your Hierarchy: Data is shared between users within your agency's hierarchy according to the role-based access controls configured by your agency. Agents see their own data; agency administrators see data for users under their hierarchy.
Service Providers: We use third-party service providers to help operate the Service, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting and infrastructure. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of TBW, our users, or others.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
